Fees
Clear starting points for expansion planning, branch reviews, and single-town catchment work. Final fees follow scope.
Fees reflect the number of towns or branches in scope, travel distance from Denwick, and whether you need a board-ready pack or a shorter working brief. The figures below are starting points for planning conversations, not fixed menus.
| Consultation | Starting fee | What usually drives the total |
|---|---|---|
| Catchment assessment | £1,850 per town | Extra site visits, landlord deadline urgency |
| Branch performance review | £3,400 for three branches | Additional stores, deeper lease modelling |
| Retail expansion planning | £6,800 per engagement | Number of candidate towns, workshop count |
What is included in the starting fee
Field visits within the agreed geography, one structured workshop or findings call, and a written deliverable in the format described on each consultation page. Reasonable travel within northern England is included on expansion and review engagements; longer trips are quoted separately.
What changes the fee
- More than five candidate towns on an expansion plan
- Estates with complex concession or franchise arrangements
- Rush turnarounds under ten working days
- Additional presentation sessions for lenders or franchise boards
How payment works
We invoice a commencement deposit to secure field dates, with the balance due on delivery of the written pack. Deposits and cancellation terms are set out on our refund page.
Next step
If you are unsure which consultation fits, request a scoping call. We will map your decision deadline to the lightest engagement that still answers the question.
